- Over the past month, we have worked on improving your shopping experience on Fabory.com. Our goal is to help you find what you need faster and more easily, while also providing you with more detailed product information. In addition, we have further enhanced the user experience in our app and on the mobile version of our website. Below you can read what these improvements mean for you.

More information in your PDF download
When you have items in your shopping cart, you can download a price overview. This PDF now contains additional information:
- Each item number in the overview is clickable and leads directly to the product page.
- The expected delivery date for each item has been added.
- Your shopping cart now has a unique shopping cart ID, which you can find below the date and your customer number in the PDF.

Improvements in the mobile webshop and app
We have made several improvements to enhance your shopping experience via mobile and app:
- Thanks to an improved pop-up, you can now more clearly see the stock status in our Technical Service Centers (TSCs).
- You can swipe through product images more easily.
- Product information is now neatly organized into tabs that you can open with a simple click.

Always find what you are looking for
- Our search function has been further improved. When entering an item number, you will now always receive a suggestion, regardless of spaces or periods. This makes it even easier to find the correct product.

Resolved shopping cart error
- Previously, after adding items to your shopping cart, an error message could appear without clear explanation. Now, if an item is out of assortment, you will no longer see an option to add it to your cart. This reduces the chances of any surprises during checkout. We continue to work on improving our product data to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.

Aperçu des commandes plus rapide
- Bonne nouvelle pour ceux qui passent régulièrement des commandes et possèdent un historique de commandes important. Par le passé, les aperçus de commandes longs pouvaient mettre plus de temps à se charger que souhaité. Désormais, nous pouvons afficher un aperçu raccourci sur demande – par exemple, uniquement les commandes des 3 derniers mois.

Sélection de la banque dans iDEAL
- Lors du paiement d’une commande, vous sélectionnez désormais votre banque directement dans l’environnement iDEAL. Auparavant, cette sélection vous était demandée alors que vous étiez encore sur l’écran de paiement de Fabory. Désormais, vous cliquez sur le bouton Payer, puis choisissez votre banque ou scannez le code QR iDEAL. Le paiement s’effectue ensuite dans votre application bancaire de confiance.

Une date de livraison unique pour les grandes commandes
Commandez-vous une grande quantité d’un même produit ? Parfois, nous ne pouvons pas tout livrer dès le lendemain. Désormais, votre panier affichera la date de livraison exacte pour l’ensemble de la commande. Cela garantit une livraison en un seul envoi, évitant ainsi l’impression d’une expédition en plusieurs parties.

- La navigation à travers nos catégories de produits est désormais plus fluide, vous permettant d’accéder plus rapidement à votre panier d’achat. De plus, vous remarquerez que le panier se charge plus efficacement lorsque vous y retournez sans ajouter de nouveaux articles.

- Vous pouvez désormais commander facilement des tiges filetées coupées via notre boutique en ligne, avec un montant minimum de commande de 35 €. Ce minimum est nécessaire en raison des spécifications envoyées à la machine de découpe. Besoin d'une plus grande quantité de tiges filetées coupées ? Ajoutez le produit à votre panier, ajustez la quantité et visualisez le prix total. Uniquement pour les Pays-Bas et la Belgique.

Orders and invoices linked
It happens to all of us: you’re holding an invoice and wondering which orders it relates to. Or vice versa – you see an order and want to know which invoice is linked to it. Thanks to a new feature in MyFabory, this question is now quickly answered. Using the search fields in the order overview and on the invoices page, you can instantly see which orders and invoices match. In the order details, you can also download all associated invoices. This feature is only visible to users with access to invoices.

A new delivery option: Innight Delivery
- In December, we introduced a new shipping method: Innight Delivery. When a customer places an order before 7:00 PM, the products will be delivered overnight in a personal crate. This service is available throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. Interested in this option for your organization and want your own personal crate? Let your account manager know.

Filters stay visible
- The filter you selected in the webshop is now easier to find. In addition to appearing at the top of the page, it is now also visible in the left-hand filter list. For example, if you’re searching for a product with a specific diameter, the selected filter will remain clearly displayed.

MyFabory dashboard
The MyFabory dashboard gives you a clear overview of open orders, invoices, and products still on their way—all at a glance. It also provides account information such as your customer number and the administrator of your MyFabory account. Do you have an outstanding invoice? You’ll find a payment link directly on the dashboard. In short, everything you need in one place! Below is an example of the MyFabory dashboard.

- Last month, we added extra product images in our webshop. Now, you can view the products from all angles, including the correct surface treatment.

Improvements to your order details
- In the past, sometimes your order details did not show an expected delivery date. From now on, this information will always be visible. Additionally, the status of a shipment delivered in two parts will now be displayed as ‘completed’ instead of ‘partially shipped’.

Mandatory order reference, if desired
- Would you like to improve transparency and clarity around incoming invoices within your organization? You can choose to make adding an order reference mandatory when an employee places an order on Fabory.com. This way, the invoice and order align more accurately and efficiently. We can activate this option for you if desired.

Nearest Technical Service Center
- Several Fabory shops have been closed since November 1st. If you had a preferred shop saved as a favorite, you will now see the nearest TSC relative to that shop. Additionally, when placing an order in the webshop, the four TSC’s will be available as delivery options.

New payment method
- Customers in the Netherlands can now pay with an American Express card. Previously, we enabled PayPal as a payment option for customers in Spain. We continue to expand payment methods for our customers.

- Do you frequently repeat the same search? That’s no longer necessary. You can now save searches, though you must be logged in to do so. You’ll find your saved searches in two locations: with one click in the search bar and in MyFabory under ‘Saved searches’.

Display of your Logic products
Do you use Fabory Logic in the workplace? If so, you will now find the items you purchase through this service in the 'My Logic products' catalog in MyFabory. Additionally, when browsing products in the webshop, you’ll now see a filter under ‘My Assortment’ called ‘My Logic products’. This filter helps you easily locate the products on Fabory.com that are currently on your shelves.

- The search bar now displays even more information. In addition to the image and product number, you can also see the product name. This provides a better overview and allows you to quickly see more details about the product you are searching for.

Expansion of search functionalities
- Thanks to an upgrade of FindTuner and Solr, you can now search for items on Fabory.com more easily. The upgrade introduces new functionalities to the search bar and keeps it up-to-date. For example, if you search for 'DIN 931 M4', we will automatically select M4 in the 'diameter' filter on the left side of the page.

Approval of items scanned by merchandiser
- It was already possible to view and approve an order after your employee placed it. Now, you can also approve an order with scanned items directly after a visit from a Fabory merchandiser. You will automatically receive an email requesting approval in MyFabory. Additionally, you can make adjustments to the order and add a reference.

With regard to laws and regulations
- Should it ever come to this: you can now delete your MyFabory account under 'Personal Information' in MyFabory. This is in compliance with regulations. The data linked to your customer number (such as orders) will be preserved. Only user details like the email address will be deleted from MyFabory.

Direct visibility of customer specific items
- Your customer specific articles will now automatically be made visible in the webshop. The webshop now contains over 39,000 customer specific articles that we specifically source for our customers.

Order processed in a few minutes
- Some orders experienced a slight delay in processing after payment was made via methods like iDeal, credit card, or Bancontact. These orders will now be processed within a few minutes.

Merged payment cards
- For our customers in Belgium, we have merged the payment method Bancontact with the other card payment options. By no longer displaying the option to pay with Bancontact separately, we no longer make a specific distinction between different payment cards.

Fixed bugs in MyFabory
- In the invoice overview in MyFabory, customers needed help downloading some invoices. This was because these invoices were supposed to be excluded from this overview. These invoices are no longer displayed.
- Under Company information in MyFabory, customers could not add a delivery address; the 'Save' button was not functioning. This has now been resolved.

Do you need a Declaration of Conformity for Fasteners F2.1 according to ISO 16228 for your order? You can download it from now on using the order details in MyFabory. This document proves that Fabory delivered the products on the packing slip by the order confirmation.

Shareable link for recently purchased items
- Quickly locate and easily share recently purchased items with a direct, personalised link. This link provides a catalogue of your 40 most frequently purchased items in the past 12 months. Our staff can email you this link directly, and you can find the link in the address bar of your browser when visiting the catalogue in MyFabory.

Are you about to check out? From now on, you will see both the delivery address and the billing address in the order overview. The account administrator also sees both addresses under the company data in MyFabory. This way we avoid confusion.
